South of the Border

The perfect drink after a spicy dinner.  The coffee brandy added to the tequila adds a smoothness while the lime counters with a bit of tart.  Mix the three together and and drink reminds one of a warm evening in New Mexico.

1 oz tequila
¾ oz coffee brandy
juice of ½ lime
lime peel, garnish

Flavor Tier 1

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake 30 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Twist a peel of lime over the glass to release the oils and add.
